Not many influence our lives as much as we think, but in my case Dr Gupta has indeed changed it. His teachings as a mentor to me started some 10 years ago, and has changed my thinking, my orientation, and behavior significantly to the positive. Whether at a personality or personal

Sir (Dr. Gupta) came into my life when I was suffering from arthritis and I had a strong wish to get out of it. Although I was trying other things such as alternate medicines and yoga, its him who introduced me to myself and helped me getting to the root of the problem....
He helped me to understand my own strengths, talents, vulnerabilities and weakness... he also made me understand the importance of accepting my weakness, which left me confused because of our societal conditioning.
He is a mentor for me who gives the right direction with a torch in the times of darkness, when life seems hopeless. His guidance is so simple and easy to implement in day today life. I feel that its very customized and unique related to my life and not like a generalized philosophy.
For me the way he leads his own life is highly motivating and I gain strength to live my life when I go through his books......
So if you have patience and want to lead your life with simplicity and meaningfully, you will like him....
